Terms of Service

1. Service scope

We provide independent on-site mobile inspection services. We are not a dealer, insurer or party to any transaction between you and a seller. A report describes the condition observed at the time of inspection only and is not a warranty of any outcome.

2. Booking and payment

Bookings are confirmed in writing. Scope, price and cancellation terms are shown before you confirm. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the agreed time may incur the stated fee.

3. Your responsibilities

You must give accurate details, lawful access to the inspection location and any documents reasonably required. Decisions taken on the basis of a report are your own.

4. Promotional claims

All promotional statements are accurate and substantiated under Закон України «Про рекламу» № 270/96-ВР від 03.07.1996. We make no unsubstantiated superlatives or guarantees.

5. Personal data and cookies

We process personal data and store or access cookie data only on a lawful basis, with clear notice and, where required, your consent under Закон України «Про захист персональних даних» № 3894-IX від 20.06.2024.

6. Electronic communications

Marketing messages are sent only with your prior consent, in line with Закон України «Про електронні комунікації» № 1089-IX від 16.12.2020. You may withdraw consent at any time.

7. Complaints and consumer rights

Service information is clear, accurate and non-misleading as required by Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів» № 1023-XII від 12.05.1991. Send complaints to contact@nexarixat.com or +380 730 134 4006; we reply within 10 business days.

8. Language

Consumer information for the Ukrainian market is provided in Ukrainian in line with Закон України «Про забезпечення функціонування української мови як державної» № 2704-VIII від 25.04.2019; this English version is additional.

9. Provider details

Provider identification follows Закон України «Про електронну комерцію» № 675-VIII від 03.09.2015.
