We reply to enquiries, prepare offers, perform contracts and keep records. The bases are consent, contract performance and legitimate interest, under Закон України «Про захист персональних даних» № 3894-IX від 20.06.2024. Cookies are set only with consent, which you may withdraw in your browser at any time.

4. Retention and sharing

Form data is kept for no more than 24 months unless a contract requires longer. We share it only with hosting and email providers acting on our instructions, or where the law requires.

5. Your rights

You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, object to processing and withdraw consent. Email contact@nexarixat.com; we reply within 30 days.
