Refund Policy

1. Provider

2. Cancellation and rescheduling

To cancel or reschedule, email contact@nexarixat.com or call +380 730 134 4006; changes are confirmed only in writing. Cancellation or one reschedule requested at least 24 hours before the agreed start time is free, and any prepayment is refunded in full.

3. Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days. Bank charges are not refundable. Nothing here limits your statutory rights under Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів» № 1023-XII від 12.05.1991.

4. Service fee

If you cancel less than 24 hours before the start time or do not attend, a service fee of 20% of the service price applies and is deducted from any refund. It is shown before booking confirmation; no other mandatory charges apply.

5. Complaints

Send complaints to contact@nexarixat.com or the address above; we reply within 10 business days. You may also contact the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection. No unsubstantiated guarantees are made, per Закон України «Про рекламу» № 270/96-ВР від 03.07.1996.

6. Language

Consumer information for the Ukrainian market is provided in Ukrainian; this English text is additional and does not replace it (Закон України «Про забезпечення функціонування української мови як державної» № 2704-VIII від 25.04.2019).
